My name is Saniya. I am a psychologist by profession and a travel enthusiast by choice! 


With my experience of working with the young and old, I have come to realise that one may appear fantastic and on top of the world, but maybe struggling from within. 


I have also come across courageous people who still have the grit to get up despite falling many times. This site belongs to every person who is ready to give life a second chance.

My work offers EVERYONE a safe space to let loose and take care of themselves because self-care is NOT selfish!

Education & Experience

I am a Counselling Psychologist from Delhi, India. I operate out of Delhi and also provide online counselling pan India and abroad through various modes like video calling, chat, telephone etc. 


I have completed my graduation in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi and masters in the same from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. I have completed a Career Counselling certification from iDreamCareer. Presently pursuing PhD.

What is therapy?

It is simply a process intended to heal in a non-judgmental environment

Will I judge you? 

Absolutely not!​ I respect you unconditionally for the person you are!

Is everything confidential? 

If you are an adult, then everything you share here stays in here! However, it will be a good idea if you share a trusted person's number in case there is any point when you may want to harm yourself or others or you may be in danger and I can make sure that you are okay!  In case of children, I would need to be in touch with parents/guardians/ trusted adults only for the purpose of ensuring that you are safe when I am not around! 


What Therapies do I use?  

I usually use an eclectic approach in my therapy sessions. This means that I use a combination of therapies. Some of the therapies that I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy among others.
