APPROACH
My approach centers on how I conceptualize and address human thoughts, emotions, behaviors, suffering, change, and growth. It is deeply rooted in the principles of humanistic and existential philosophy. I am genuinely interested in hearing your life story, as I believe context plays a crucial role.

I recognize that while certain aspects of life are unchangeable, there are possibilities where we can harness our innate power and free will to live an authentic and meaningful life.

In our sessions, I strive to create a balanced space—offering compassion, care, and guidance while empowering you to unlock your inner strength, embrace freedom of choice, take responsibility, and lead a life where you heal, grow, and thrive.
BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Central India but raised across multiple states, with a few formative years spent in Bhutan. Over the years, I attended nine schools and lived in countless homes.
This transient lifestyle, shaped by my father’s 38 years of service to the nation, was challenging at times but has profoundly influenced the person I am today. It instilled in me a deep sensitivity to diverse cultures, an appreciation for varied perspectives, and a non-judgmental outlook on life.
My vision is to empower individuals to unlock their infinite potential while also guiding the next generation of psychologists in building ethical and thriving practices.
My passion for psychology was first sparked by my mother, who once remarked that she saw the potential in me for this field. That moment of belief set me on this journey, and I’ve never doubted my decision since.
